Jackie’s Corn Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
Mix together in large bowl:
- 1 stick butter (1/2 cup) melted
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 egg
Stir in:
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
Add:
- 1 (9oz) package corn muffin mix
Method
Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, until crispy on top and center is not jiggly.
NOTES:
I generally make a triple recipe for gatherings & that fills two 9×13 inch pans.
If what you need to make fills your pan deeply, it will take more than an hour to be cooked in the center.
