Leslie’s Ham & Egg Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients:
• 1 dozen eggs
• 1/2 cup of milk
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup of diced ham

Instructions:
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees
• Spray muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray
• In a large mixing bowl whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper
• Stir in cheese and ham
• Pour mixture into 12 muffins cups
• Bake for 25 minutes or until muffins are set in the middle
