Margaret’s Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
A favorite IMD Guest House cookie recipe
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Mix all ingredients
- Roll dough into ~ 1-inch balls*
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet and make crosshatch pattern with a fork
- Bake at 350o
- F for about 10 minutes, until cookies are slightly puffed
- Cool and transfer to a rack
*Dough balls can be frozen*
