Margaret’s Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

A favorite IMD Guest House cookie recipe

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients
  2. Roll dough into ~ 1-inch balls*
  3. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and make crosshatch pattern with a fork
  4. Bake at 350o
  5. F for about 10 minutes, until cookies are slightly puffed
  6. Cool and transfer to a rack

*Dough balls can be frozen*
